This is the 2006 list of the 100 largest cities and towns in Canada ranked by area. Areas are in square kilometres. The list includes just municipalities with official city or ville, town, and regional municipality status. Municipal entities with other status and unincorporated unorganized areas are not included, even though some of these are very large.
